Brittany Murphy’s Hollywood Hills mansion has been temporarily removed

The news says that,Brittany Murphy’s Hollywood Hills mansion has been temporarily removed from auction to allow the actress' mother extra time to offload the property on her own.

Suddenly the Clueless star died  in  2009 after suffering a cardiac arrest at her California residence. Murphy's husband, screenwriter Simon Monjack, also passed away at the home just months later in May 2010.

 Sharon, who lived with the couple at the house, initially placed the property on the market last March, only to remove it from sale a month later.

The beautiful house went into foreclosure early in January, with over $4 million still owed, and bank bosses were due to auction it off in Pomona, California on Monday.

Sharon Murphy mother of Brittany Murphy is in the process of selling her 8,000 square foot Hollywood Hills home, and already has two “bonafide offers,” according to her spokesman Roger Neal. “There will be no (foreclosure) auction,” said Neal.
In any case the date for an auction has been postponed to Feb. 14, and could be put off again as behind the scenes negotiations to sell the property continue.
 “The trustee sale has been postponed and the seller is currently in negotiation with several parties regarding potential sale.” said a relevent source.

According to TMZ  on Sunday that the property was listed for an auction today. Neal said he “blasted” TMZ for an inaccurate report. TMZ today reported the two week extension on any possible foreclosure auction.

The price which was  asking  for the house is $4.995 million, and it is being handled by Aitan Segal of Rodeo Realty’s Beverly Hills office.  Sharon Murphy  bought the house with her daughter in 2003 for $3.85 million from Brittany Spears, who had lived there with Justin Timberlake until their breakup.

According to court documents, Brittany Murphy and her husband's former Hollywood Hills home will be auctioned Monday.

According to TMZ.com  on Sunday the 8,000-square-foot home where the actress and her husband both died was put on the market unsuccessfully with an asking price of $7.25 million and an unpaid mortgage of more than $4 million.

Brittany Murphy  was died in 2009.

And her husband, Simon Monjack, was found dead in the residence last year, about seven weeks after Murphy's mother had put it up for sale.
